How is each piece made?
Every garment is cut and sewn at our Tbilisi atelier in limited quantities. Patternmaking, fitting, finishing — all in-house. We do not outsource production.
What sizes do you offer?
Ready-to-wear runs European 34 — 44. Bridal and made-to-measure are cut to the client’s measurements. See the Size guide for the full chart and conversion to UK / US.
Can I order made-to-measure?
Yes. Most ready-to-wear silhouettes can be made to your measurements; bridal is made-to-measure by default. Lead time is 4 — 8 weeks depending on the piece. Write to the atelier to begin.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-wear dispatches within 3 — 5 business days. International orders ship via DHL Express; bridal ships after final fitting. Full detail on the Shipping page.
What is the return policy?
Unworn ready-to-wear may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-measure, bridal and altered pieces are final sale. See Returns for the full process.
How should I care for the garments?
Most pieces are dry-clean recommended. Composition and care instructions are printed on the inner label and listed on each product page. See the Care guide for fabric-specific notes.
Can I visit the atelier?
Yes — by appointment. The atelier is in central Tbilisi. Write to us with your preferred date and we’ll confirm.
Where else can I find Ingorokva?
Selected pieces are carried by partner boutiques. See the current list on the Stockists page. The full collection is only available here and at the atelier.
Do you offer press loans?
Yes, for editorial, styling and lookbook work. Write to press@ingorokva.com with publication, shoot date and pull list.
