What we collect

Name, email, shipping address, phone, payment details (handled by our payment provider), order history, and basic browsing analytics. We do not collect more than is needed to deliver the order and improve the site.

Why we use it

Order processing, shipping, customer support, fraud prevention, and — only if you opt in — newsletter delivery. We do not sell or rent your data.

Who we share with

Carriers (DHL, local couriers) for shipping. The payment provider for transactions. Hosting and email infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements. No third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

Access, correct, export or delete your data; withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Write to atelier@ingorokva.com — we respond within 30 days.
